Job summary

Picnic in Seattle is hiring for a Business Operations role focused on ensuring accurate operational data and correct user setup across our systems. You will run QA/data audits and manage process-based customer needs (payments, licenses, health permits) in collaboration with external counsel.

Training the operations team on our systems, you’ll liaison via phone and email with a professional touch, supporting other business ops activities as needed.

• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.
