Job summary

Picnic in Seattle is seeking an operations-focused teammate to ensure data accuracy, correct user setups, and smooth usage of our operating systems across the team.

You’ll run QA audits, handle process-based requests (payments, licenses, permits), train colleagues, and own local performance, working onsite five days a week with a starting rate of $30.00 per hour. This role offers real impact in a fast-growing company with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc, liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.

This role is based in our Seattle office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base starting rate for this role is $30.00 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
