Job summary

Picnic in San Francisco is hiring a Operations Associate to help run our lunch program. You’ll ensure data correctness across systems, support user setup, and work with the operations team to optimize processes in a fast-growing startup.

You’ll train teams on our tools, handle data audits and customer requests, and liaise with external counsel as needed. The role is based at our SF office, with competitive compensation and benefits.

What you’ll do

• Support operations organization by ensuring operational data is correct, and users are set up correctly to use the operating systems.
• Run quality assurance and data audit activities to ensure data is accurate and updated.
• Manage process-based customer needs on behalf of the operations team, such as payments, alcohol applications, tobacco licenses, health permits, etc, liaising with external counsel as required.
• Train the operations team on the use of systems, acting as the key interface with the team via phone and email support in a professional and efficient manner
• Support other activities within Business Operations as required.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our San Francisco office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base starting rate for this role is $34.00 per hour.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
