Berklee College of Music is seeking a CMPA Assistant to support the City Music Academic Program Manager and Prep Academy Director. The position covers Saturday hours from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm and is intended for current Berklee students enrolled at least half-time.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills, interacts professionally with a variety of people, and can assist in classrooms and with attendance tracking. Prior teaching experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Berklee student or Boston Conservatory student; enrolled at least half-time
• Pay rate is $17.51 per hour
• Weekend Saturday hours 9:00 am–3:30 pm
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required

Responsabilités

• Assist CMPA Program Manager and Prep Academy Director
• Open classrooms for CMPA teaching artists
• Support teachers in classrooms and ensembles
• Keep accurate attendance records by checking students in
• Other duties as assigned
