Base is seeking a City Host in Charlotte to run live events in real life. You arrive early, set the room, greet Members by name, and guide the gathering from start to close, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Flexibility is key: weekends and weeknights, 2-hour events with setup and teardown. You must be reliable, attentive to detail, and passionate about your city. You own the room and help Members connect in person.

Qualifications

• Charismatic and approachable with peers.
• Confident leading groups of 20–60 people.
• Reliable and consistent in a recurring schedule.
• Detail oriented and able to remember names and stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the event from open to close and ensure the space looks phenomenal.
• Welcome Members by name and manage energy across the event.
• Open the event, run transitions, and close with intention.
• Tear down and leave the venue better than you found it.
