Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations and supervise city delivery dispatcher and hub delivery specialists.
• Ensure products are invoiced correctly to spoke stores.
• Investigate shipping and inventory discrepancies and correct promptly.
• Minimize shrink and payroll costs related to hub operations.
• Maximize route efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Control hub expenses to maximize profitability.
• Maintain organized city delivery area divided by spoke stores.
• Maintain monthly work schedules and ensure proper clocking in/out.
• Monitor dispatcher routes and communicate delays to affected stores.
• Cover routes in manager/supervisor absences.
• Ensure vehicles are well maintained and inspections completed; log daily mileage.
• Provide input for performance evaluations and development.
• Ensure training programs are utilized for hub team members.
