Responsibilities

• Serve as supervisor responsible for managing and maintaining a high level for all city delivery service functions.
• Work with city delivery dispatcher to ensure that all product is properly invoiced to spoke stores.
• Investigate all shipping and inventory discrepancies related to hub and ensure timely corrections.
• Manage and minimize shrink and payroll related to hub operation.
• Oversee hub delivery routes, ensuring efficiency while minimizing costs.
• Manage all hub-related expenses to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
• Maintain an organized city delivery area divided into areas/bins for each spoke store.
• Schedule and supervise all team members; enforce clock-in/out per policy.
• Ensure dispatcher monitors route schedules and communicates delays to stores.
• Coordinate with store manager to cover routes in absences of regular supervisors.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and quarterly inspections; log daily mileage.
• Provide performance feedback to store manager for evaluations.
• Ensure use of company training programs for hub team development.
