Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting across all City funds, including treasury activities, grant accounting and reporting, and capital asset management.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to accounting staff and support the Finance Director in maintaining strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure GAAP and GASB compliance with applicable regulations.
