A life sciences company in the United States is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage Citrix environments and optimize endpoint management with Microsoft Intune. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, be proficient in software distribution through Ivanti DSM, and possess skills in Powershell scripting. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and support for workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage Citrix environments (Virtual Apps & Desktops)
• Enhance and support software distribution processes with Ivanti DSM
• Oversee and optimize Microsoft Intune for effective endpoint management
• Maintain a stable and high-performing workstation infrastructure
• Streamline and automate deployment and configuration workflows
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support and troubleshoot endpoint management issues
• Lead migrations and updates for workplace services
• Develop and update technical documentation, and provide training for users and IT teams
• Assess emerging technologies to drive continuous improvements in workplace solutions

Qualifications

• Proficient in software distribution through Ivanti DSM
• Skilled in Powershell scripting
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server), including administration and security management
• Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Entra ID
• Experience with M365 and Microsoft Intune
• Basic knowledge of network architecture, VPNs, and security
• EU citizenship
