Responsibilities

• Execute ongoing maintenance, expansion or upgrade of Endeavor Health's software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers and Architects to ensure hardware/software interactions across infrastructure.
• Lead technology initiatives within your span of control and portfolio.
• Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate patches, and resolve software problems including security patches.
• Provide support for software, platforms, devices and infrastructure and address inquiries and issues.
• Manage, troubleshoot and resolve alerts/tickets per detailed documentation and escalate when needed.
• Provide hardware break/fix resolution with vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.
