Job summary

Unilever seeks a Citadel Chef to support the CD Team with culinary perspectives, delivering customer presentations and driving new menu ideations. You will lead savory content development for North America projects with peers and the Head chef, accelerating growth initiatives to boost the value of our brands with existing and new customers.

You will collaborate with Marketing, CD Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain to align resources and priorities, while traveling up to 30% to engage customers

Qualifications

• 3+ years culinary experience in the Foodservice Industry (Corporate or Kitchen).
• Culinary Arts Degree.
• 3+ years working in Citadel (Chicago, New York, Houston).
• Solution selling mindset with creative ability to solve customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams to hunt and farm for business.
• Understanding of the Broadline Distribution Network (Sysco, US Foods).
• Experience selling branded food categories a plus.
• Excellent communication and follow up throughout Unilever organization.
• Accountability to deliver KPIs, Goals as a team.
• Travel as needed outside of your citadel around 30%.

Responsibilities

• Support, from a culinary perspective, the CD Team by assisting in the delivery of critical customer presentations and new menu ideations.
• Lead culinary content development for specific culinary projects in North America with chef peers and Head chef.
• Accelerate Savory/Scratch Cooking growth initiatives to enhance value of Unilever brands at existing and new customers.
• Coordinate efforts with Marketing, CD Ops, Finance and Supply Chain to support Zone objectives.
