Atlas World Group is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise security, privacy, risk, and business resiliency programs. This role will set vision, policies, and programs to manage enterprise risk while enabling growth, directing internal teams and strategic vendors.

The CISO also serves as Data Privacy Officer where applicable. The leader will guide security education, incident response, compliance, and resilience planning, coordinating across U.S.

Formación

• :Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field with at least seven years of relevant experience in information security, privacy, and business resiliency; or
• :Associate’s degree in technology or a related field with at least ten years of relevant experience in these disciplines.
• :A demonstrated record of developing and managing enterprise information security, privacy, and business resiliency programs.
• :The ability to remain current on emerging security trends and changing data-privacy and personal-information protection requirements.
• :Strong leadership across people, processes, and enterprise programs.
• :The ability to establish a clear vision and successfully translate that vision into execution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy encompassing security, privacy, technical risk, compliance, and business resiliency.
• Advise senior management and the Board of Directors on the security, privacy, and resiliency posture.
• Partner with executives to align security and compliance priorities with business objectives.
• Lead incident and breach response, including data-loss management, recovery, and notification activities.
• Oversee security assessments of networks, systems, applications, vendors, and other third parties.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor-management and technical-risk program, including risk assessments, remediation tracking, contract standards, and compliance reviews.
• Lead business impact assessments, business continuity planning, disaster recovery coordination, and organizational recovery efforts.
• Develop security education and awareness programs that help employees understand emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
• Monitor evolving privacy and data-protection obligations across applicable U.S., Canadian, and international jurisdictions.
• Clearly communicate security priorities, risks, and business value to executive stakeholders.
