Job summary

Atlas World Group seeks a Chief Information Security Officer to lead enterprise security, privacy, risk, compliance, and resiliency programs. The role will guide policy, process, and vendor risk while enabling growth with confidence.

The CISO will mentor a high‑performing team, manage incident response, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated record of developing and managing enterprise information security, privacy, and resiliency programs.
• Ability to stay current on emerging security trends and data-privacy requirements.
• Strong leadership across people, processes, and enterprise programs.
• Ability to establish a clear vision and translate it into execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy for security, privacy, risk, compliance, and resiliency.
• Advise senior management and the Board on security posture.
• Align security priorities with business objectives with executives and leaders.
• Lead incident response, data-loss management, recovery, and notifications.
• Oversee security assessments of networks, systems, and third parties.
• Build vendor-management and risk programs with remediation tracking and reviews.
• Lead business impact analyses, continuity planning, and disaster recovery efforts.
• Develop security education and awareness for employees.
• Monitor privacy obligations across US, Canada, and international jurisdictions.
