Job summary

Global World Technology, LLC (GWT) in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise voice, unified communications, and cloud-based solutions. Full-time position with a pay range of $120,000–$145,000 per year.

Responsibilities include designing and configuring Cisco voice and UC solutions, troubleshooting Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling, and maintaining CUBE and call routing. Onsite work in Fairfax, VA is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Cisco voice/unified communications or enterprise communications engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE).
• Experience with VoIP, enterprise networking, and voice infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco call routing and cloud-based communications solutions.
• Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Cisco enterprise voice and unified communications solutions.
• Troubleshoot Cisco Webex Contact Center and Webex Calling environments and fix complex voice, network, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) solutions and call routing.
• Support Cisco cloud communications platforms and related integrations.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend performance, reliability, and scalability enhancements.
• Work with engineering teams and stakeholders to drive system improvements and technical implementations.
• Maintain accurate configurations, technical documents, and architectural designs.
