ISHIR is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst (Cisco) in Euless, TX, to ensure voice and data networks are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and supporting Cisco Call Manager, contact center, and related telephony systems for internal customers.

You will monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, coordinate projects, and work onsite with teams across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with digital network systems.
• Experience with Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Contact Center products.
• Knowledge of voice, data, and telecommunications equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Determine causes of system malfunctions and perform corrective actions.
• Monitor and resolve hardware/software deficiencies and document failure patterns.
