TEKsystems is seeking a Collaboration Engineer II for a contract-to-hire role based in the Kalamazoo, MI area. The hybrid position runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with start as soon as possible, supporting enterprise voice, contact center, and unified communications technologies across a large healthcare environment.

The role emphasizes Cisco voice expertise and strong Contact Center experience to support patient access, business operations, and clinical teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of enterprise VoIP and unified communications experience.
• 3+ years supporting Cisco collaboration technologies.
• Experience with Cisco Contact Center solutions and SIP trunking.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and multi-project management.
• Excellent communication in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain Cisco Contact Center platforms and routing scripts.
• Administer CUCM clusters, Cisco Unity, and SIP trunks to ensure voice quality.
• Troubleshoot complex voice and contact center incidents; monitor performance.
• Support Webex CC migrations, CCaaS initiatives, and modernization projects.
