TEKsystems in New York is seeking a Sr. Cisco Contact Center Engineer to support a large healthcare enterprise. You will engineer, administer, and modernize Cisco CC technologies to ensure reliable patient care communications.

The role emphasizes UCCX, PCCE, ICM, CVP, IVR development, scripting, call routing, and troubleshooting. You will lead projects, create runbooks, and mentor teams while delivering stable voice and contact center services.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years Cisco Voice and UC experience.
• 4+ years supporting Cisco CC tech.
• Expert-level: UCCX, PCCE, ICM, CVP, scripting, IVR, call routing.
• Experience with large enterprise CC environments.
• Strong debugging and communication skills.
