Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with patrons.

Responsibilities

• Handle circulation duties: check in/out library materials and update patron records.
• Collect overdue fines and manage daily cash/fees.
• Assist patrons at the desk and on the phone with information or referrals.
• Assist patrons with computers, copiers, and other equipment.
• Support training and supervision of less experienced staff when needed.
• Close and secure the building at the end of the day.
