Job summary

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a Coordinator IV CIP Compliance to coordinate and support CIP technical activities throughout design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout of Bond Projects. You will help create, disseminate, and verify CIP information.

The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and internal departments, maintaining district guidelines, tracking progress, and producing reports to ensure compliance and timely delivery of school construction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in construction/project management.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and district policies.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Works with CIP as liaison among architects, engineers, consultants and district departments.
• Maintains District Technical Guidelines to reflect latest specs.
• Supports overtime process for Bond projects.
• Coordinates design, submittals, RFIs, meeting materials, and closeout documentation.
• Produces performance and objective reports on project progress.
• Attends development and construction meetings and documents discussion.
