Qualifications

• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Working technical knowledge gained through experience within a job area or system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on technical support for key infrastructure supporting critical systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot systems within regulated environments.
• Ensure servers and applications are patched according to applicable regulations.
