Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Transformation Support to lead OCIO transformation initiatives supporting the U.S. Secret Service.

The role focuses on modernizing technology delivery, expanding AI product development, and centralizing enterprise services while coordinating across a diverse set of teams and leadership. The position requires strong project management, cross-functional coordination, and experience delivering complex programs in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD Public Trust.
• Five+ years of relevant project or transformation experience.
• Experience developing and managing project plans, schedules, milestones, and risks.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM principles and predictive, Agile or hybrid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage OCIO transformation projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and performance measures.
• Coordinate activities across technical, operational, business, governance, and change management teams.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and decisions; develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for leadership.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Support governance by documenting decisions and approvals and ensuring standards.
• Apply PMI, Agile, and hybrid practices as needed across initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across divisions and mission partners.
• Develop and implement project delivery playbooks, templates, and reusable tools.
