Job summary

CACI International is seeking an AI Technologist to drive end-to-end AI initiatives for a DHS-USSS program, delivering responsible AI adoption and technical leadership.

In this role, you will evaluate AI technologies, shape the AI Strategy and Roadmap, develop governance playbooks, and collaborate across Cyber, Infrastructure, and field operations to ensure mission-aligned, ethical AI deployment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 15 years experience in AI/ML technology implementation and strategy.
• Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI/ML technologies (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, generative AI, deep learning).
• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end AI expertise to stand up and operationalize the USSS AI Team.
• Lead AI-PMO initiative planning, execution, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Identify and prioritize AI technologies and use cases aligning with CIO mission objectives.
• Contribute to AI Strategy & 3-Year Roadmap and governance playbooks.
• Develop AI Use Case Repository and assess technical feasibility, security, ethics, and mission alignment.
• Accelerate AI solution development through POC, prototyping, and vendor evaluation.
• Collaborate with Cyber, Infrastructure, Mission Delivery, and field operations on responsible AI adoption.
• Document best practices and governance for the Transformation Playbook Library.
• Support AI Governance Charter development including model lifecycle management.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to OCIO personnel on AI technologies.
