Job summary

Streamex, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Chief Investment Officer. You will connect people, projects, priorities, and data to ensure nothing important gets lost as the company scales.

You will manage priorities, gather insights, and develop dashboards to provide visibility into performance. This role requires startup experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining a high level of ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving startups.
• Technology startup experience is required.
• Experience directly supporting a CEO/Founder/CIO/CTO or other C-suite executive preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with data, metrics, reporting, dashboards, or executive-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to the CIO, helping manage priorities, projects, information, and follow-through.
• Maintain visibility across the CIO's initiatives, tracking priorities, deadlines, decisions, and next steps.
• Coordinate projects across multiple teams, ensuring communication flows and commitments are kept.
• Prepare the CIO for meetings by gathering and organizing information.
• Track key business metrics and develop reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, or areas needing leadership attention.
• Turn meetings into action items with owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CIO.
• Manage complex scheduling and shifting executive priorities.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications.
• Keep information organized so the CIO understands what is happening across the business.
• Support special projects requiring cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Anticipate needs and proactively bring solutions forward.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
