Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead, optimize, and scale the information systems and technology infrastructure as the company grows from $1B to $2B in sales by 2030. This onsite role in Kansas City reports to the CFO and oversees enterprise systems, data, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.

The CIO will build a roadmap across 115+ franchise territories, manage a team including a Data Engineer and ERP experts, and partner with the CFO to ensure ROI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership experience with at least 5 years in a CIO/VP role
• Experience leading technology strategy in multi-unit or franchise/distributed B2B environment
• Proven experience with enterprise platforms at scale (CRM/ERP) and data analytics
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Own information systems roadmap aligned to growth across 115+ franchise territories
• Lead core technology stack: Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central ERP, Power BI, Solver
• Guide AI, predictive analytics, and automation to boost franchise performance
• Build data & analytics capabilities for real-time, insight-driven decisions
• Lead cybersecurity strategy and data governance across a national network
• Partner with CFO to manage tech budget and ROI, and advise execs on trends
• Represent technology strategy to franchisees and executive stakeholders
