Job summary

Pressed Cafe in Nashua, NH is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead the evolution of our technology ecosystem as we scale from 11 locations to 22+ in the next three years. This on-site executive role will partner with the founder/CEO and leadership team to design and execute a multi-year technology plan across restaurant technology, data, and enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in NCR Aloha POS, kitchen display systems, digital ordering, and NetSuite,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in a multi-unit restaurant or similar environment.
Experience scaling technology organizations through growth inflection points.
Hands-on with restaurant POS platforms (NCR Aloha or comparable) and kitchen display systems.
Experience integrating delivery, catering, and online ordering platforms into POS workflows.
ERP / WMS experience, ideally NetSuite, with familiarity in commissary/production.
Proven track record building IT service management and scalable support models.

Responsibilities

Develop a multi-year technology strategy aligned with Pressed Cafe's growth objectives.
Design an integrated technology ecosystem across restaurant ops, digital ordering, commissary, supply chain, finance, and corporate systems.
Lead platform strategy, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Establish governance, architecture standards, and scalable operating principles for long-term growth.
Own the restaurant technology stack (POS, kitchen displays, ordering, and catering platforms) and optimize workflows.
Build a scalable field technology support model for new restaurant openings.
Oversee commissary tech transformation, including NetSuite warehouse management integration.
Create enterprise data governance and reporting capabilities for informed decision-making.
Own infrastructure, security, and IT operations across locations and corporate.
