Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead information systems, analytics, cybersecurity, and technology operations across a national franchise network. The role reports to the CFO and is based onsite in Kansas City with relocation assistance available.

The CIO will shape the technology roadmap, manage budgets, and drive modernization initiatives across 115+ territories, partnering with the executive team to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, at least 5 in a senior executive role.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot) and ERP systems.
• Strong BI, data architecture, and analytics-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Own information systems roadmap aligned to growth across 115+ franchise territories.
• Lead and optimize core technology stack: Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central ERP, Power BI, Solver.
• Guide AI adoption, predictive analytics, and automation for franchise performance.
• Build data and analytics capabilities enabling real-time decisions.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy and data governance for a national network.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks across multi-state operations.
• Collaborate with CFO on budget and ROI tracking for tech investments.
• Advise executive team on emerging tech trends & differentiation.
• Represent technology strategy to franchisees and executives.
