Qualifications

• At least four years of senior technology leadership as a CIO, VP of IT, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of modern technology stacks including cloud, SaaS, enterprise platforms and integration architectures.
• Hands-on ERP experience with meaningful operational improvements.
• Deep understanding of data flow and core business processes.
• Strong financial acumen, including IT budgeting and planning.
• Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in eCommerce or multi-channel B2B/B2C environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and long-term architecture of information systems, the ERP platform, and IT infrastructure.
• Serve as a member of the senior executive team, ensuring technology investments align with and accelerate company growth.
• Establish and own data architecture, system integrations, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Oversee risk management, data security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Build and manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts that balance cost, quality, and long-term fit.
• Drive a culture of technology-enabled customer experience excellence across B2B and B2C channels.
