Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or computer and information science.
• General experience 3–6 years.
• Hybrid workstyle with on-site presence at Raymond James offices at least three days per week.
• Not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, program management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and governance of strategic programs across the Office of the CIO (OCIO).
• Manage program plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, metrics, and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Analyze business and technology data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to solve problems and drive priorities.
• Prepare executive presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support portfolio management and organizational change initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and execution.
• Establish repeatable processes and governance practices to improve operational effectiveness.
