Northland Community and Technical College seeks a Director of Technology/Management Information Systems Supervisor II to provide strategic leadership for IT operations across East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls campuses. You will oversee security, infrastructure, networks, and distance learning technologies while guiding staff and projects.

The role emphasizes customer service, CRM administration, and collaboration with campus leaders to align IT with the college mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in technology practices, such as system administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure, network or related IT field.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field may substitute for one year of experience.
• Previous supervisory, lead worker, or leadership experience.
• Knowledge of IT principles, practices, and methodologies, including the ability to analyze business requirements and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide college-wide leadership and operational management of all aspects of Information Technology Services.
• Lead and supervise college-wide IT staff.
• Oversee CRM administration and project management across the campus system.
• Support computing environments with secure and scalable infrastructure.
