You will partner with the CEO and ELT to align technology investments with business priorities, lead modernization of core platforms, and ensure robust cybersecurity, data analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience at executive level.
• Experience partnering with CEO, President, and ELT.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise technology strategies in complex organizations.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, software engineering, data/analytics, and digital transformation.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/Contact Center platforms and vendor management.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
