Job summary

AccruePartners in Charlotte, NC seeks an executive technology leader to own the enterprise strategy, modernize platforms, and guide a 40-person IT organization. You will partner with the President to drive investments and enterprise transformation across applications, data, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.

You will lead Salesforce, data analytics, and high-availability operations, while shaping governance and vendor decisions.

Qualifications

Proven technology leadership at CIO/Head of IT level with measurable business impact.
Strong background in software engineering and enterprise applications.
Extensive Salesforce ecosystem experience and integration know-how.
Experience with data architecture, cloud analytics, and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an enterprise technology strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead a multidisciplinary IT organization spanning software, data, infra, and security.
Partner with the President to prioritize investments and enterprise transformation.
Modernize core business applications and platforms while reducing technical debt.
Oversee Salesforce ecosystem to support customer engagement and operations.
Ensure 24/7 high-availability operations including contact center and telecom infra.
Advance data analytics capabilities with cloud platforms and BI tooling.
Establish governance, cybersecurity standards, and delivery metrics.
Lead budgeting, vendor management, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Support growth through tech diligence and post-acquisition integration.
