KI is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead enterprise technology from our Green Bay, WI headquarters. As a 100% employee owned company, we seek a leader who views technology as a strategic advantage—beyond mere infrastructure.

You will shape KI's technology vision, modernize legacy systems, and partner across the organization to ensure technology drives meaningful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
• Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate a clear, future focused technology vision.
• Build and execute a multi year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
• Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
• Develop and empower a high performing IT leadership team.
• Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.
