Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is seeking an experienced video editor/producer to own the full video lifecycle from pre-production through on-site production to final edits and motion graphics.

You will direct talent, shoot on casino floor and events, and deliver polished deliverables with clean audio, color, and captions for multiple formats.

A portfolio demonstrating strong lighting, pacing, and on-brand storytelling is required; familiarity with hospitality environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on videography and editing experience in-house, agency, production company, or freelance.
• Strong portfolio showing lighting, composition, clean audio, pacing, and story-driven edits.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro; comfort with Photoshop for basic graphics.

Responsibilities

• Own the full video lifecycle, from pre-production planning to on-site production and post-production.
• Direct talent and conduct interviews on set; manage B‑roll and scripted content across venues.
• Edit raw footage into polished deliverables with sound, color correction, graphics, and titles; handle feedback.
• Deliver videos in multiple formats (vertical, square, widescreen) with captioned exports.
• Maintain production hygiene with organized file structures, backups, and clear handoffs; collaborate across teams.
