Job summary

The Association is seeking a creative video producer/editor to craft marketing videos and social content. You will work under the Lead Creative and Senior Producer, manage timelines, and ensure assets align with brand guidelines while contributing as an individual contributor on a hybrid schedule.

Required are 2+ years of hands-on video production experience and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on video production experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Edit videos and social-first content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects in After Effects.
• Handle audio syncing, color correction, and basic mixing.
• Help or lead on-location shoots (depending on complexity), including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture high-quality B-roll and interview footage.
• Manage asset organization and media libraries.
• Coordinate feedback loops with partners and ensure deliverables are completed.
