• Experience with live sound mixing and wireless mic systems for events.

• Assist with basic troubleshooting of screening room technology and playback systems.

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality experience for clients and partners.
• Coordinate screening schedules and requests from internal teams and partners.
• Support vendor coordination and administrative processes.

Job Title: Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator

Location: Burbank, CA (occasional support in Hollywood required)

Duration: 3 months Contract – W2

Shift Timing: 2pm to 10pm (need to have 1 hour of flexibility in case of late evening screening)

Interview: 2 rounds

Must Have

• Fundamental understanding of audio and video signal flow, Cinema projection systems, live sound mixing, wireless mic systems, and live event workflows.
