Job summary

Vista Group is seeking a Solutions Specialist to deliver on-premise implementations, consult with clients, and support our platform projects worldwide. You will configure Vista software for cinema operations, discover requirements, and implement end-to-end solutions.

You’ll install, train, and advise clients while managing multiple tasks and ensuring excellent service. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in software application support, deployment, and consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and .NET, advanced Windows systems incl. IIS, DNS, DHCP, networking.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cinema industry operations to configure Vista software for clients.
• Perform project discovery, analyze requirements, design systems and implement solutions.
• Install and configure Vista on-premise and platform software remotely and onsite.
• Train Vista clients remotely and in person.
• Consult with clients on best practices to maximize Vista platform potential.
• Take ownership of project tasks and drive to completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Travel domestically and internationally; support cross-regional initiatives.
