Beyond Housing is seeking a part-time Cinema Supervisor to manage the 24:1 Cinema, Rose Room, and outdoor spaces, delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safe, profitable operations.

The role provides leadership to cinema staff, oversees concessions and box office, and ensures compliance with safety and company policies. Strong customer service, scheduling, and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing cinema/theater operations or similar event venues.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and scheduling skills.
• Commitment to community engagement and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cinema, Rose Room, and outdoor spaces.
• Lead cinema and event staff, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Manage concessions, box office, and POS operations (Veezi).
• Coordinate events, private rentals, and community programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and licensing requirements.
