Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server - Beer and Wine to guide Guests in ordering food and beverages, provide menu recommendations, and deliver fast counter service. You may cross-train as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher to meet staffing needs.

You will greet Guests, know the menu, take orders, process transactions, verify IDs for alcohol, and uphold safety and cleanliness while delivering an exceptional movie-going experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (in some states 21) to serve alcohol
• Complete Safe Alcohol Service training
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent guest service and cash handling skills
• Strong English communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely manner
• Know bar and menu items to upsell and inform Guests
• Record food and beverage orders accurately
• Handle transactions on the register with correct cash balance
• Verify IDs for alcohol service and ensure proper areas for consumption
• Collaborate with kitchen to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness in high-contact areas
• Follow safety and PPE guidelines
• Operate as needed for various theater roles
• Support team with ticketing, concessions or usher duties as required
