Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Sandusky, OH seeks a Cinco Ninos Server to provide friendly, responsive service and deliver a beyond-expectation dining experience for all guests. You’ll actively participate as a team and uphold our service standards daily.

As part of our team, you’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required; comprehensive benefits accompany employment.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aCinco Ninos Server.In this role, you will be responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create a beyond expectation dining experience for all guests. You will be expected to actively participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise toLead with Loveguiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
• Answer questions about food, beverage, restaurant functions, services, and resort services and activities.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to frequently communicate and develop rapport with guests and associates and have a working relationship with the resort management team.
• Must be able to work in a stationary position for long periods of time.
• You must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
