Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Workers' Compensation Attorney to join the Cincinnati, OH office. The attorney will manage a complex caseload from pre-litigation through trial, receiving extensive resources and support from the firm.

Responsibilities include drafting and filing pleadings, guiding clients through the process, coordinating with expert witnesses, and preparing for depositions, mediations, and trials. A JD and active OH Bar are required.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active OH State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 1+ year of workers' compensation experience.
• Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle cases from pre-litigation to resolution.
• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and trials.
