Responsibilities

Program Leadership – responsible for day‑to‑day program operations, communications, and details to ensure a remarkable experience.

Event Management – lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, think through event details, safety, and coordinate all logistics.

Team Leadership – lead team on campus to create remarkable experiences through delegation, feedback, clear instruction, and celebration.

Student Engagement – creatively use resources and daily interactions to engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.

Client Care – build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.

• Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays.

Compensation

$32,000 – $36,000, non‑exempt.
