Job summary

The Only Facial in Cincinnati, OH is hiring an Esthetician for on-site, full-time work. You’ll deliver customized facials, consult clients, and guide home skincare routines to improve appearance and confidence.

Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Job Type: Full-time

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Work Location: On-Site

Salary Description: $27+ per hour

Reports To: Store Manager

The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. Are you a licensed Esthetician who truly cares about your customers healthy skin care routine? Do you enjoy building a relationship with your clients – not just providing a service? Do you want a role where you can guide your customers through an experience that will improve their appearance and self-esteem? If this sounds like you, then The Only Facial can use your professional Esthetician qualities.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning
• Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift and carry products and equipment, as needed
