Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse constituencies, prospective students, parents, and industry partners.
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, exercise discretion, manage projects, and work independently.
• Exceptional public speaking skills and ability to present the University positively to individual students and large audiences.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required to perform job functions (reimbursed per university policy).
• Availability and willingness to work regular, weekend, and extended hours, along with extensive year-round travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly adapt to new software systems.
• At the university's discretion, an equivalent combination of education and experience preparing the candidate for success in the position may be accepted.
• Experience working with higher education admissions platforms, specifically Slate and Banner.
• Experience working in a STEM-based public university or engineering technology environment.

Responsabilités

• Recruit CIM program and align with Admissions to increase CIM enrollment.
• Coordinate with SBED Advisor and SAET leadership to analyze applicant pool trends and yields.
• Deliver presentations on CIM program to university and industry audiences.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns in collaboration with Communications and Admissions.
• Represent CIM program at regional travel, fairs, and conferences; support CIM Career Fair and related events.
