Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university.
• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently.
• Willingness to extensive year-round travel, including weekends.
• Experience with higher education admissions platforms (Slate, Banner, Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment strategies with NJIT Admissions and SBED.
• Manage high school and community college outreach and events.
• Analyze applicant pool and yield data to optimize enrollment.
• Represent CIM program at industry events and national conferences.
• Collaborate with CIM Program Coordinator and SAET leadership on retention initiatives.
• Support CIM Career Fair and regional outreach.
