Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment strategy and territory plan to increase CIM enrollment.
• Conduct high school and community college outreach and college fairs.
• Analyze applicant pool and yield rates with SAET leadership.
• Engage industry partners and deliver CIM program presentations.
• Support marketing campaigns and CIM brand across channels.
• Represent program at regional and national events.
• Align recruitment with retention strategies and support CIM student engagement.
