Work with NJIT Admissions to learn, implement, and track recruitment best practices.
Coordinate outreach events like high school visits, college fairs, and transfer days.
Analyze applicant pool trends and yield rates with SBED Advisor and SAET Leadership.
Engage industry recruiters and present CIM to prospective partners and audiences.
Execute marketing campaigns and brand alignment for CIM program promotions.
