Ladders is seeking a CIDO Business Strategy Lead to shape enterprise strategy within the Aerospace & Defense space, guiding portfolio direction and execution. Remote from the US, you will translate leadership priorities into decision-ready plans and present them to senior stakeholders.

You'll excel in large matrixed organizations, develop executive-ready materials, and influence strategic choices through clear business value framing and strong communication with architecture leaders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Strategy/Finance/Information Systems with 12+ years experience, or Master’s with 10+ years, or PhD with 8+ years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.
• Experience in business strategy, enterprise planning, or transformation planning.
• Strong skills in framing business priorities and strategic options for senior leaders.
• Proven ability to develop executive-ready decision materials and strategic roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation and executive-level communication.
• Experience leading strategy development in large matrixed organizations.

For our client, we are seeking a CIDO Business Strategy Lead to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will shape enterprise strategy by translating leadership priorities into clear, decision-ready plans that guide portfolio direction and execution. The position will work closely with architecture leaders and senior stakeholders to align strategic intent with operational realities. The ideal candidate will bring strong executive communication skills, experience in large matrixed organizations, and the ability to frame business value and organizational impact for critical decisions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $146,300 - $219,500 annually
