Job summary

WHITE MOUNTAIN APACHE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, INC. seeks a Cibecue Program Manager to provide administrative oversight and staff development within the Cibecue Services Department.

You will collaborate with the Cibecue Clinical Supervisor and ABHS Clinical Director, manage case loads, coordinate onboarding, and help connect clients to services while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care, and dedication to serving a high-risk

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s in behavioral health or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Apache language preferred.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for Cibecue Services staff and collaborate with clinical supervisor.
• Assist clients in accessing services with transportation, financial aid, housing, and entitlements.
• Coordinate staff case load assignments and onboarding for new staff.
• Develop and implement new Cibecue Services programming.
• Participate in clinical staffing and team meetings to review client progress.
• Maintain client records in accordance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
