Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives across the Brownsburg DC.
• Create and maintain continuous improvement roadmap for operation.
• Lead the CI steering committee to support annual financial and employee development goals.
• Develop and execute Lean Six Sigma strategies aligned with long term business objectives.
• Utilize structured data sets to uncover anomalies, bottlenecks and root causes of inefficiencies.
• Build data driven business cases and quantify financial benefits from improvement projects.
• Coach, counsel and train managers, staff, and associates to apply CI culture.
• Drive employee engagement in continuous improvement activities.
