Brunswick Corporation is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI initiatives at the Brownsburg distribution center, partnering with senior leaders to improve safety, quality, service and cost. You will mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma and apply data-driven problem solving to build business cases and drive improvements.
The role requires leadership, BI/SQL tooling, WMS/LMS familiarity, and a willingness to relocate.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the planning and execution of continuous improvement strategies across P&A Distribution Operation. Partner with senior functional and location leaders to identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement projects that support Mercury’s goals for safety, quality, service, revenue growth, and cost. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through project mentorship and formalized CI training. Execute results‑oriented strategic CI projects utilizing LSS tools.
The hiring range for this position is $86,500 to $126,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent on the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
